Scott is a long-time Conejo Valley resident with strong ties to the community, where he raised his family and his children attended local schools and played sports. He brings a practical, common-sense approach to his work and understands what matters most to clients buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

Before transitioning to residential brokerage, Scott spent over 20 years in real estate investment and development. He was directly involved in the acquisition, financing, development, and sale of residential and commercial properties across the United States. Scott draws on this background to manage the entire real estate process and deliver smooth and successful transactions.

Scott holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, and a BBA from Simon Fraser University.
